Down's Syndrome can't keep 24 year-old Michael Boaz from following his dream...

The Old City ambulance crew - under the leadership of Yossi Ben-Shachar have been in charge of the entire Old City for the past 20+ years. A couple of years ago, a baby was delivered by the ambulance crew - inside the specialized tractor ambulace they have to man the steps and alleyways of the Old City. The baby boy was born close to Shaar Sh'chem - Damascus Gate, and Yossi was honored at the Brit Milah (ritual circumcision) of the baby boy.

The video is in Hebrew, but is worthwhile to see anyways - it gives some great footage of the ambulance going up and down steps and great footage of the Old City of Jerusalem.

A short video of a United Hatzalah Ambucycle Dedication at the Mearat Hamachpela - the Tomb of Machpela, where our forefathers Adam, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are buried along with their wives - Chava, Sarah, Rivkah and Leah.

The ambucycle will treat sick and injured in the city of Hebron and neighboring Kiryat Arba.

Coordinators from all of the areas of Israel gather at a United Hatzalah meeting to discuss various things that came up

On Lag Baomer, the presumed yahrtzeit of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai, hundreds of thousands of people from all around Israel visit his grave in Meron. As such, United Hatzalah's Gallille branch - Hatzalah Galil - organized the medical treatment of any sick and injured. United Hatzalah volunteers from all around the country came to help out.
